Job Description

Purpose of the role:

To maintain a detailed and accurate record of all the Sales / Commission Ledger. (SCL) receipts, as well as ensuring all Sales/Commission Ledger adjustments/reconciliations are carried out in a timely manner.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • To ensure all SCL documents are scanned and posted on a daily basis
  • The banking of cash and cheques as and when required
  • The processing of SCL write off’s
  • Ensuring all SCL adjustments have been authorised by the Line Manager
  • Notifying the Credit Controller of any unallocated receipts
  • Notify the Credit Control team of any queries, received with remittance advices, claims or statements
  • Manual Credit cards charges
  • Month End Reconciliations
  • The processing of direct debits, as and when required
  • Provide administrative assistance including query management, as and when required

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

  • Numerate and logical
  • Methodical
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Accurate keyboard skills and data input
  • Excellent communication skills, including client and suppliers

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including; Word, Outlook and Excel
  • AAT
