Primary responsibilities include:
managing item maintenance via HEB’s online systems as well as direct communication with their counterparts at HEB
setup of new items / displays, deals / coupons, and price changes in HEB systems.
help resolve pricing, deal, and coupon discrepancies by pulling supporting documentation needed from HEB / P&G systems.
Other responsibilities include:
fringe ordering
eSAVER notification to HEB
meeting scheduling
ad hoc project requests in support of the team.
Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any major
Previous Admin Experience of 2-3 years
2+ Years Tenure with Past Employer
Intermediate of Above Excel Proficiency
Strong Communicator both written and orally
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Proficiency with Outlook (email, calendar, WebEx, VCS, Microsoft Teams, etc)
Self-starter and highly accountable, with strong attention to detail / high degree of accuracy
