Key Requirements

• Fully/partly qualified in a Sales/Marketing professional qualification or completed a degree in Marketing from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the banking/financial industry.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with a team.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Encouraging new deposit accounts, execute loans and withdrawals.
• Responsible to achieve given FD & customers targets.
• Canvass new business through by inquiries, referrals & visiting clients.
• Initiate new ideas and methods to improve business and service levels.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
• Ensuring utmost customer satisfaction by catering to their requirements.
