KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Part Qualification in SLIM/ CIM or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institute. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales field. Automotive Tractor sales experience is desired.
• Effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Successfully achieving sales targets.
• Organizing and conducting sales promotional activities for the territory.
• Ensuring the development of the customer base.
• Maintaining and improving the customer service experience in the assigned sales areas.
• Selecting and nominating suitable dealers for potential locations within the region.
• Handling inventory and debt collection of the respective dealers /region.
