Ability to provide administrative, technical, and project management support to a Senior Executive and their leadership team.
Able to serves as a strategic business partner - trusted confidante, liaison, and executive stand-in providing guidance and input regarding company and business affairs.

Responsibilities of the Role:
Building SVP’s capacity and effectiveness via ownership of processes within daily operation and planning, including calendar management, travel arrangements, email management, and daily agenda material preparation. Must be comfortable interacting with senior leadership, multiple business organizations, and external organizations.
Ownership of relationship with Executive Administrators across categories and businesses to enable best in class interactions with Executive Suite both within P&G and outside. Develop productive working relationships with key customers and internal/external contacts to enable Leadership connections.
Drive Positive Team Culture - Enable positive moments for employee key milestone ceremonies. Partner with Human Resources to execute necessary team and personnel processes while maintaining high regards of confidentiality.
Administrative support for external/internal Executive sponsorship roles in which the SVP participates and/or leads (e.g., Affinity Networks, Diversity Sponsor, etc.)
Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree is helpful.
3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant preferred.
Leadership/Direction Setting – Individual understands business and priorities of SVP, anticipates issues and seeks solutions; need take-charge attitude to deliver what is needed within own area of responsibility and serve as a resource to other Leadership Team members; build strong relationship with SVP to develop trust, enable decision making, problem solving, and priority setting; emotional intelligence and composure, even when ambiguous or high-pressure situations. Highest respect for confidentiality.
Superior Technical Skills/Expertise – Individual must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs for advanced email and calendar management and professional written communications in Word and PowerPoint; Possess ability to generate presentation quality documents. Adept at virtual assistant tools (Web-Ex, Virtual Collaboration Systems, MS Teams, iPhone, etc.).
Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills – Exhibit Business Etiquette skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels; including exceptional verbal, written, non-verbal skills as well as listening to understand.
Exceptional Administrative and Organization Skills – Makes decisions independently amid a multitude of day-to-day office operations to plan. Possess agility & ability to handle multiple priorities & interruptions.
Strong problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude.
