Customer Transformation & Innovation (CT&I) focuses on bringing together integrated pre-sales capabilities to enable the ‘consultative front end’ of the broader Industry Solutions organization.

CT&I’s mission is to help our most strategic customers understand how to unlock value from technology and show how Microsoft is uniquely positioned to help them bridge the technology adoption gap. Our core goals are to discover relevant and transformative digital solutions to increase business value for our customers while also meeting internal business goals - to increase Microsoft cloud consumption, Services and Partners sales and revenue, and to innovate with Microsoft products through industry-specific lenses. 

 

Joining the Customer Transformation Team as Sales Excellence Specialist you will be working closing with the WW Customer Transformation Leaders, monitoring the pipeline ambition, managing risk and upside and translating business insights into models that accelerate business outcomes and customer/partner satisfaction. The Sales Excellence Specialist is an operations leader with exceptional relationship and strategic planning skills

Responsibilities

Running the Business

  • Establish and drive a well-defined, predictable rhythm of the business around pipeline management with the Customer Transformation Leaders and their teams
  • Establish regular connection with WW Sales Excellence Leads to drive awareness of Customer Transformation deal ambition and drive alignment with Sales pipeline
  • Constantly monitor rolling 12-month pipeline

Coaching for Growth 

  • Monitor account/deal ambition evolution and coach and support the Customer Transformation Leaders and their teams  
  • Leverage business insights, leading pipeline indicators and feedback from WW Saes Excellence Leads to define current and future actions needed

Fiscal Year Planning

  • Support the fiscal year preparation through provision of accurate pipeline projections
  • Partner with WW Sales Excellence Leads to ensure alignment on growth targets
  • Support the blueprint process on headcount changes and creating business cases on additional headcount requests if applicable.
  • Leverage insights to make informed decisions around market activities

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management,  business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field
  • Affinity using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
  • Ability to managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.

Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
