We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Sales Effectiveness Analyst, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. Analyst role within the Global Private Bank (GBP) Sales Effectiveness (SEE) function, based in London. The job holder will be responsible for supporting the continued global roll out of SEE across GPB & Wealth. This includes; continuing the development of frontline sales tools, supporting the co-ordination of global best practice and standards, supporting frontline sales training, coaching and incentives setting, continuing to enhance the global sales MI framework and identifying sales/revenue opportunities. SEE is a key part of the ‘Facilitate and Drive Performance’ pillar of GPB & Wealth’s strategy. Its enhancements towards a comprehensive sales management framework contribute to further improve the overall client experience within GPB and to increase productivity and revenues. The function holder reports functionally to the Global SEE Manager and on an entity basis to the Global Head of Client Experience, Sales Effectiveness and Collaboration. It is expected the role holder will build strong relationships with stakeholders across GPB within the frontline, COO, and IT. In this role, you will:
