We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Sales Effectiveness Analyst, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Analyst role within the Global Private Bank (GBP) Sales Effectiveness (SEE) function, based in London. The job holder will be responsible for supporting the continued global roll out of SEE across GPB & Wealth. This includes; continuing the development of frontline sales tools, supporting the co-ordination of global best practice and standards, supporting frontline sales training, coaching and incentives setting, continuing to enhance the global sales MI framework and identifying sales/revenue opportunities.

SEE is a key part of the ‘Facilitate and Drive Performance’ pillar of GPB & Wealth’s strategy. Its enhancements towards a comprehensive sales management framework contribute to further improve the overall client experience within GPB and to increase productivity and revenues.

The function holder reports functionally to the Global SEE Manager and on an entity basis to the Global Head of Client Experience, Sales Effectiveness and Collaboration. It is expected the role holder will build strong relationships with stakeholders across GPB within the frontline, COO, and IT.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist efficient roll-out and implementation of the SEE program into a steady-state operating model
  • Provide global support of frontline client planning and pipeline tools working closely with IT
  • Co-ordinate and share global best practice with the SEE markets
  • Support collection of business requirements to improve the SEE tool set
  • Prepare regular status updates to senior management, local/regional/global management committees and boards
 

Qualifications

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in the banking industry, preferably Private Banking/ Private Wealth Management
  • Experience in sales management and/or frontline training and development
  • Experience of working on IT/Digital change initiatives
  • University degree in Business or Finance
  • Well versed in various MS office applications (ppt, excel etc)
  • Good understanding of IT architecture and topics
  • Good strategic, analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple demands, shifting priorities and tight timelines
  • Collaborative nature, able to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and peers internally across multiple functions and business lines and effectively influence to achieve results
  • Focus on delivering to high standards and quality
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple demands, shifting priorities and tight timelines
  • Flexible and adaptable nature to manage a multi-faced role with changing priorities and assignments that are complex, unpredictable and time-sensitive
