Job Summary:

The Sales Director will provide overall leadership for our new sales organization, ensuring sales results, profit growth, brand integrity, and identify opportunities to implement important programs. Areas of focus are: achieve sales revenue targets through development of the sales agents, performance management, consumer incentives, lead generating programs, annual Cast incentives/compensation planning, sales strategies, financial planning/forecasting and real estate planning for sales assets within each site. You will also be accountable to the Site GM.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Site Sales Revenue goals, pace and profitability goals
  • Provide overall leadership for a sales organization ensuring sales results, profit growth, brand integrity, and driving change management to implement main projects
  • Build demand-generation strategies
  • Optimize sales performance (ownership sales, lead generation, experiencing distribution channels)
  • Manage club membership sales
  • Work with partners to develop strategies to promote discovery, lead generation and increased sales
  • Work with partners to maximize drive ever-rising Disney brand standards
  • Partner with Marketing to develop sales communication/tactical programs
  • Use digital and technology to enhance sales capabilities
  • Ensure speed and effectiveness of operations and teams
  • Motivate and inspire sales Cast Members (site sales agents and sales advisory teams)
  • Evolve our efforts to adjust to market conditions, product availability, industry trends and resident needs – position requires capabilities
  • Implement 3rd party brokers program and associated/benefits

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of executive-level sales leadership experience with demonstrated ability in sales management/strategic development within a real estate sales related field
  • Active California real estate and Broker license
  • Experience working with partners in quantitative disciplines, such as Sales, Finance, Research or Industrial Engineering
  • Ability in understanding and acting upon sales trends, business analytics and consumer behaviors
  • Experience building strategic alliances and relationships with partners, and working with all levels and across multiple teams within an organization
  • Negotiation experience with conflict-resolution skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Strong understanding of the value of the Disney brand

Required Education

  • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
