We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global logistics organisation as a Sales Director on a permanent basis in Dartford.
This role is to sell international transportation solutions and logistics services to medium & large-sized companies, using a combination of new account development, strategic growth and development of existing main accounts.
In this key role you will be responsible for establishing long term relationships with clients, both new and existing. You will have the confidence and experience to work closely with each UK Branch office and use all available resources from the group to transfer all knowledge about potential clients, you will understand the importance of maintaining customer relationships to encourage contract renewal and/or extension, as well as proactively supporting the team to chase new opportunities.
You will have a proven track record of success, a strong network, can rise to the challenge and love to succeed. Freight/import experience is essential due to the rapid growth of the business and you must be goal-directed and solution-focused, with at least 5 years of sales experience. Salary will be dependant on experience.
The hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday- Friday.
