Mission
The Sales Director is responsible for managing and developing the business in Andorra. The main objective of the role is to actively and proactively drive and generate sales, achieve budget targets by building and implementing sales plans for the area of competence, and manage P&L drivers in order to reach expected profitability levels. We are looking for a highly dynamic, results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record of success in the Luxury industries. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in highly competitive markets and has a deep knowledge of both point-of-selling dynamics and B2B environment. Passion, enthusiasm and an extra-mile mindset are must-have attributes, while being a good team player and having a strong work ethics is what will set the best candidate apart. Language fluency in catalan, spanish, french and english will be highly valued.
