About the role:
We are recruiting for a Sales Development Representative who aspires to becoming a Sales professional and or further their career!
This opportunity is for a hungry, driven individual who possess a strong desire for sales. A knowledge of the 'health-care cycle' would be hugely advantageous along with a passion for improving people’s lives!
You will work alongside our existing sales team and Marketing lead to identify and drive greater market penetration across one or a combination of the following solution areas:
- Accreditation
- Benchmarking
- Clinical Coding
- Decision Support
- Finance via our Integra solution
Key objective is to build a sustainable net new business sales pipeline, supported by additional activity across our existing install base of customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify new leads & opportunities and create long lasting customer relationships, with new accounts.
- Self-generate leads and work alongside Marketing to drive new demand generation activities to both existing customers and in pursuit of winning new business clients.
- Work alongside existing sales team members and Sales Director to maximise opportunity across the UKI market.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in using video technology to host & run meetings.
- You will receive regular feedback sessions from sales management to ensure we are aligned in terms of business objectives and your personal career aspirations.
- Support from the sales team and Marketing lead to ensure you gain a thorough understanding of the solution area you are focused on.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree level in healthcare, finance, business and or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job to a satisfactory level.
- Experience of previous roles related to sales development, ideally to the healthcare sector and, or closely related industry.
- Demonstrable level of knowledge regarding healthcare drivers and need to modernise.
- Comfortable and confident talking to leaders and middle management of healthcare organisations such as CEO’s, CFO’s, FD’s, Finance Controllers, Head of IT/Informatics
- Strong communication and motivational skills, including the ability to work with groups of staff at all levels within an organisation.
- Familiar with using a CRM solution e.g. Salesforce as part of their day-to-day role
