Job summary:
As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing live sales operations, hiring and development functions.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the accuracy of sales planning
• Identify and resolve scheduling issues.
• Monitor the performance of sales agents
• Hire, train and integrate new sales agents
Conditions:
• Bachelor of Commerce or relevant major
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in a start-up is preferable
• FMCG experience is preferred
• Advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft programs
• Analytical skills
