Daily tasks may include creating systems that support the sales team, maintaining tracking tools, generating forms for the sales team, developing solutions based on data and coordinating meetings.  The Customer Team Expert/Analyst will think independently, effectively prioritize requests, and deliver timely relevant information to the sales team including:

• Clear written communication skills for daily communication both internal and external facing.

• Priority setting when given multiple tasks.  Ability to discern the critical items vs. those that can wait, and ability to negotiate timings as needed.  This role will work with several stakeholders and it will be important to manage workload while maintaining strong relationships.

• Comfortable working with multiple data sources/data sets. 

• Willingness to learn to use data and insights to develop plans and make recommendations to improve sales as needed on a day-to-day basis.

• Overall, a get-up-and-go attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done is a must!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Proficient using Excel, including advanced formulas and macros plus familiar with other Microsoft suite of tools

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a team environment

• Strong focus and attention to detail

• Strong communications (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• A technical aptitude and comfort that allows you to learn additional software applications

• Must live within commuting distance as no relocation benefit is provided.

• Minimal annual travel (typically 1-2x's per year)

• Flexible work schedule to include some work from home and flexible hours within normal business hours.
