Key Areas of Responsibility Include:

• Building team capacity and effectiveness via ownership of processes within core business deliverables including daily, weekly and monthly sales reports; Item set-up and maintenance in key systems; Tracking P&G events’ performance across multiple brands; Creating purchase orders. Ability to consistently deliver granular, time-bound projects.

• Enabling stewardship via Fund Management process, including creating central promotions, executing payments, generating proof of performance and record-keeping.

• Communicating accurate/timely information and tracking/checking accuracy and reasonableness of numbers. Requires a high level of independence in multiple aspects of the job.

• Broad support for complex, multiple technologies in the specific areas requiring operational discipline, accountability, and prioritization.

• Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and internal partners. Strong communication skills are necessary to explain complex information pertinent to the area of responsibility, including the ability to turn insight into action, and confidence to communicate thoughts on the business operation.

Qualifications

We believe you will be an excellent fit here if you meet the following requirements:

• 3+ years in data analytics or associates degree in similar field

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Familiar with POS data analysis, Nielsen, and Power BI is a plus (not a requirement)

  *Excel Skills: Data Entry, Formatting, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a team environment

• Strong focus and attention to detail

• Strong communications (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• A technical aptitude and comfort that allows you to learn additional software applications

• Must live within commuting distance as no relocation benefit is provided
