Disney Advertising Sales Local - Western Region maintains client planning and buying relationships within California and the surrounding states. We work with clients to create effective Media and Marketing campaigns across the linear and digital platforms of the Walt Disney company. The primary focus of this unit is to use the power of the local ABC TV stations, Hulu, ESPN, FX, National Geographic and other Disney digital properties to drive business objectives for our clients.

We are seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our team. Job duties include supporting members of our high-performing sales and marketing teams as they work together to provide our clients with exceptional service. Main areas of support include inputting and maintenance of advertiser schedules (linear, digital) and client interaction.
This position will provide a comprehensive view of both linear and digital campaigns for the sales coordinator because they’ll be working with the order (in conjunction with their Account Executive) from start-to-finish. First the coordinator will input the order and handle any revisions. While the campaign is running they’ll recommend and input makegoods and also keep weekly track of campaign performance. If necessary this position will evaluate available inventory and recommend options for under delivery. The sales coordinator also be expected to have knowledge of what is acceptable for each client and agency buyer. When the campaign is finished the coordinator will do a final tally of the delivery of the campaign and resolve any discrepancies with commercial placement. The coordinator will work with corporate credit on a client’s financial status (where necessary) and also manage invoices with the agency when needed. These duties will enable the sales coordinator to interact with agency personnel as well as various members of the Disney Ad Sales staff in the region and throughout the country. In addition this role will require fulfillment of general assistant duties such as compiling expense reports and general filing and other office roles.
