Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator handles a variety of tasks that help our guests/clients to manage their Disney youth trip. You will deal with high-volume guest interaction. You will be very essential to guiding our guests throughout the planning and buying process for their tickets, programs, and rooms. Responsibilities:

You Will:

  • The coordinator maintains guest communications, assisting with initial trip inquiries, planning and follow up via phone and email communication.
  • You will generate hotel contracts and addendums and complete contract turnovers transitioning group to Event Services.
  • You will handle sending ticket templates and explaining all new protocols to guests and manage ticket follow-ups.
  • You will handle ticket questions, processes, and issues. This includes trouble shooting, helping guest purchase tickets, and partnering with team members.
  • Partner closely with internal departments including Youth and Leisure Event Services, Ticketing Services, and Disney Imagination Campus Operations to ensure quality of guest service experience.
  • You will assist the guests with understanding how to use many of our systems such as: PlanEars, Bolt ticket stores and Reservation Assistance etc.
  • You will handle several reporting/projects that may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

You Have:

  • 1+ years of sales support experience, communications, events support experience or 6+ months experience in a professional internship with Disney Celebrations & Events and Disney Imagination Campus (formerly known as Disney Youth & Leisure Events)
  • You understand the performing arts, education, and student travel industry
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment and other technologies
  • Focus on delivering exceptional Guest Service
  • Develop a positive working relationship with team members and clients
  • Ability to work both independently, with minimal follow-up, and in a team environment
  • Ability to complete tasks with critical deadlines
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in performing arts, education, and student travel industry.
  • Experience with Siebel, DSCS, Bolt, and DocuSign systems.

Required Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
