Role Background

So… we have built this rocketship. We call it Wolt. And we’re on a mission to make cities better places to live with the help of technology. We launched in Norway in 2017 and with a lot more growth ahead, we're looking for upcoming sales talents to join our journey!

As a Sales Consultant, you will help to further grow Wolt’s restaurant portfolio in Norway via inside sales channels. While doing the day-to-day sales, we will provide you with tools, ongoing training, and a clear career path, so you can take your b2b sales toolbox to the next level, and grow together with Wolt.

What you’ll be doing

  • Sales process from A to Z to new prospective restaurant partners to sign them up to Wolt: researching leads, prospecting, cold calling, consulting, negotiating terms, and closing deals over the phone or in virtual meetings. 

  • Further developing your b2b sales toolbox through mentoring, learning modules, and getting exposed to city launches, field sales, KAM, quick commerce, and much more. 

  • Assisting Restaurant Partnership Managers and Specialists with different projects, their day-to-day tasks, and city launches.

  • Handling incoming correspondence and forwarding it to the right teams.

  • Collaborating with the teams about how we could work smarter while staying customer-focused.

Our humble expectations

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is a must to establish a good connection with the partners. 

  • Background from a proactive customer-facing role with a clear motivation for a career in sales. Previous exposure to sales, promoting, telemarketing, recruitment, meeting booking, fundraising, or similar is a big advantage.

  • Outgoing personality with good communication skills.

  • Persistent, and get energy from working in a target-driven role, and achieving your goals.

  • A can-do attitude and ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Tech-savvy, curious, and hungry to learn and develop. 

  • Good at managing your time and pipeline. Experience with any CRM tools is an advantage. 

  • Able to work from an office in Oslo full time, or graduating studies this summer.

  • Experience or knowledge from within the restaurant or retail industry is a plus but not a must.
