Are you excited to join the rapidly growing sales team of HCL South Asia covering Philippines, Indonesia and Sri Lanka . We are looking for a Dynamic Management Trainee to join our sales team and grow the South Asia business based out of Sri Lanka and reporting to Global Sales Director. The job allows you the path to become a Sales Leader.
 
You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and generating new business from existing and prospective clients. Building strong relationships with our clients to understand the outcomes they are seeking to realize, and then working with HCL teams to create value based propositions.

• Assisting with Business Development functions such as: sales, channel sales, direct sales, cold calls
• Building propositions working with the subject matter expertise in charge of capabilities and solutions
• Creating commercial models and value propositions
• Working with the partners of HCL to provide solutions and commercial propositions
• Assisting with research and analysis such as researching into market trends and opportunities, competitor analysis

Key Requirements

• Interested candidates will possess a Bachelor or higher degree in IT, Management, Finance or Economics
• Candidates with experience with dealing in Strategy Consulting, IT Services, Finance will be preferred
