Job Description
The Sales Analyst is responsible for directly supporting senior-level, national sales and marketing executives; performing a wide-range of administrative tasks and coordinating sales-related details before, during and after the sale to ensure that sales are efficiently executed.
Position Responsibilities
- Drafts various pieces of correspondence related to the sales activity of the company. This may include sales letters, new business inquiries and intercompany memorandums.
- Manage internal and external mail and email received so that critical information is sent to all parties (including the field sales and operations personnel).
- Performs basic administrative duties like expense reports, scanning/filing, processing invoices, TER/CER submittals, data entry and sending out faxes.
- Routes customer calls to the appropriate sales representative.
- Ensures internal deadlines are met, managed and processed in a timely manner.
- Listens and takes notes during sales calls, meetings, etc. to help facilitate the bid process.
- Pre-setting, confirming, and re-scheduling appointments/meetings with current/prospective customers.
- Interacts with sales representatives, management, branch personnel, vendors and suppliers.
- Facilitates internal communications and processes with various departments within the company.
- Enters sales leads into the system and manages the status of new and existing business customers.
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing and recording sales data in salesforce.com to increase sales productivity. Also updates information, assigns tasks, and manages calendars.
- Conducts competitor, customer analysis and market research based on specific territories, industries, or sales opportunities. Responsible for keeping this data updated and disseminating the information as requested.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of sales or sales team support experience.
- Must have exceptional ability to coordinate multiple projects/tasks
- Proven track record and demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Must be highly organized and be able to professionally interact with all levels of leadership within the organization
- Must be resourceful with a sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and ensure quality output
- As a liaison between the company and its clients, professional and diplomatic communication skills are necessary.
- Must work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
- Customer service skills are highly desired since this role helps resolve customer issues and responds to client requests
- Excellent organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and work with senior leadership and executives

- B2B experience in service industry a plus!
