This administrator role is responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the NA Personal Care Sales organization. The successful candidate should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. This position supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.

Leadership/Professionalism – demonstrate personal leadership on an on-going basis; understand the role as a liaison between manager and the organization.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent education.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task to meet objectives and deadlines.
Role works in a dynamic & diverse industry and organization - needs to be flexible and flow with the needs of the team.
Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Proficiency with Outlook (email, calendar, WebEx, Microsoft Teams).
