We’re looking for Rural Asset Management Officers who can work as a key player in our let estate teams supporting the work on our let estate. You’ll provide a reliable technical support service to a team, ensuring you are the go-to person for helping our teams to navigate our systems and processes.
Our 16 let estate teams are made up of estate management and buildings professionals who manage our diverse let estate portfolio throughout Northern Ireland, Wales and England. They are involved in the full tenancy lifecycle for a range of land and property including residential, commercial and agricultural as well as ensuring ongoing maintenance and investment in them.
You’ll be based at one of the following locations, supporting a range of properties.
We’re open to exploring flexible working arrangements, but would expect you to be able to work from your office location approximately two days per week and for the remainder of the week you may need to travel to other sites your team looks after.
We are inviting applications for no more than two locations per applicant. Please outline very clearly in your cover letter which property you would like to be considered for. If you do not specify a location, we may not be able to shortlist your application.
You’ll provide key technical support for one of our 16 let estate teams. You’ll work with estates and building professionals who look after our vast and varied property portfolio to deliver our core and project work. You’ll support the implementation of new and existing systems, processes and information management and produce communications material to share successes and champion the work from within your team for a wide range of audiences.
You’ll be involved in delivering £30million p.a. worth of projects. This includes delivering a project to ensure all our let estate paper and digital records and managed in the most efficient way and working with your team to support other projects from concept through to handover
