The Rotoflow Aftermarket Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) is responsible for the execution of inquiry to invoice processes to ensure that the products and services meet customer expectations. The QAM will collaborate with cross-functional teams at a process and highly technical level to drive customer satisfaction, compliance, and continual improvement across the Rotoflow Aftermarket organization across multiple global sites.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Oversight of Rotoflow Aftermarket quality control functions in respect to customer complaints, internal and supplier non-conformances, calibration processes
  • Drive Nonconformance Resolution (RCA) and robust corrective actions
  • Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance to internal and external policies procedures and standards
  • Support of Rotoflow management system functional responsibilities (e.g. execution and alignment of processes)
  • Help develop and oversee implementation of standardized quality documentation and customer inspection test plans
  • Ensure compliance to ISO9001:2015, ASME and applicable customer and external requirements
  • Proactive approach to customer satisfaction and problem solving
  • Ensure regular communication is provided to internal and external stakeholders on status of customer concerns
  • Implement Work Process and ensure compliance (Tier III to V) specific to the respective business
  • Support Supplier Quality
  • Collect data used in the development and/or maintenance of Metrics and KPIs
  • Support Sharepoint content as it pertains to respective business
  • Support Business Manager, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing or service environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, statistics, or technical field required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Demonstrated customer interface experience
  • Proven leadership and/or supervisory experience required.
  • Highly motivated, detail, results oriented with strong execution, organization and project management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of working knowledge of rotating equipment and turbomachinery, machining, balancing, CMM and GD&T required
  • Applied Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods and advanced problem-solving skills required
  • Working knowledge of ISO9001 QMS required
  • Experience with ASME requirements a plus
  • Ability to work across all levels of personnel with demonstrated influence and leadership
  • Proficient in MS Office applications required
  • SAP experience a plus
