The Enterprise Risk Transformation team is an expanding function within the Data, Analytics, Reporting & Technology ('DART') function responsible for planning, designing, implementing and leading enterprise strategic initiatives covering risk monitoring, reporting (including data management), escalation workflows and controls. The risk transformation team is primarily focused on delivering a portfolio of key firm-wide consent order initiatives in the risk & control domain. The successful candidate will have risk management experience and ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business, risk, compliance, finance, technology, program management functions and with geographically distributed global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive deliverables within the Measures, Monitoring, Reporting, & Escalation program for the cross-enterprise consent order initiative through development of a new global enterprise data architecture and escalation workflow tool to be used by both front-line units and risk managers across the firm
- Creation of detailed requirements, working through solutions and managing execution and rollout of these solutions, in the context of an overall consistent global platform
- Work closely with the businesses and risk stripes. Define and translate business/policy driven needs into tangible application and operational requirements
- Implement controls to enhance integrity of key management reporting working with Risk, Finance Compliance and O&T
- Ensure teams understand business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address the gaps
- Provide project management support to manage, track and drive the program lifecycle with timely and effective outcomes against regulatory and firm expectations
- Problem solving approach and ability to work well under pressure
- Leadership of a diverse team which are functionally, and matrix aligned.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Extensive Financial services implementation experience or related risk and control function
- Experience in managing small teams is essential.
- Understanding of variety of risk types (Wholesale Credit, Market, Consumer, Operational, Reputational, Liquidity, etc.), with Wholesale Credit Risk management experience preferred
- Strong ability in interacting with and collaborating with senior business stakeholders
- Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; Must be articulate and persuasive
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in workflow management / implementation and corresponding technology (Appian, ServiceNow, Pega) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint and Visio.
