The Enterprise Risk Transformation team is an expanding function within the Data, Analytics, Reporting & Technology ('DART') function responsible for planning, designing, implementing and leading enterprise strategic initiatives covering risk monitoring, reporting (including data management), escalation workflows and controls. The risk transformation team is primarily focused on delivering a portfolio of key firm-wide consent order initiatives in the risk & control domain. The successful candidate should have a keen interest in risk management and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across the business, risk, compliance, finance, technology, program management functions and with geographically distributed global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Working with a range of Risk and Business stakeholders globally within the Measures, Monitoring, Reporting, & Escalation program

• Provide project management support to manage, track and drive the program lifecycle with timely and effective outcomes against regulatory and firm expectations

• Assist with documenting requirements from multiple risk stripes (Wholesale Credit, Retail Credit, Liquidity, Market, Compliance, Reputational, etc.)

• Preparing minutes of meetings / workshops, and ownership of follow up

• Develop Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in specific risk management applications, including risk metrics and risk governance

• Influence continuous improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Escalation process, while ensuring reporting processes are well controlled and documented

Job Skills/Qualifications:

• Financial services experience or related risk and control function preferred

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to express ideas to people from various business backgrounds

• Microsoft Office knowledge required, including Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to take assignment from management and work independently to frame material and/or manage resolution

• Project management skillset desirable

In addition, any of the following will be a distinct advantage:

• Understanding of variety of risk types (Wholesale Credit, Market, Consumer, Operational, Reputational, Liquidity, etc.)

• Product Knowledge relating to any of the financial markets, e.g. Equities, FX, Exchange Traded and OTC Derivatives, Commodities, Fixed Income, etc.
