Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

• Production of key MI and governance papersin relation to CASS

• Act as SME for the Business on CASS breach closures, issues and rule queries

• ·Primary contact for first and third line reviews and external audit

• Support the development of risk and compliance knowledge and culture at Business Unit level commensurate with their ownership of the risks in their businesses

• Provide Business Unit management with advice and challenge on risks, incidents and non-compliance of process and any regulatory breaches, so that pragmatic, timely and risk-based actions and decisions are taken

• Liaise with heads of financial crime, business continuity, cyber & information security and data privacy to ensure awareness of the level of business adherence to frameworks, risks and incidents

What we’re looking for:

• FCA rule reading & CASS 7 knowledge

• Sound general knowledge of the rules and also experience of reading and understanding the FCA handbook

• Good verbal, written and presentation skills

• Being aware of the impact of own actions on stakeholder(s) and having the ability to manage the emotions of self and others while achieving results.

• Having knowledge of techniques that help manage workloads during changing environments

• Having the ability to promote a culture of information sharing and working together to meet business goals
