We are seeking a talented Project Manager to provide support for our Stars and Risk Adjustment organization. This individual has the ability to support a variety of cross-functional initiatives.

Job Summary

The Project Manager role primary focus will be supporting key strategic initiatives for our Stars and Risk Adjustment Operations, initiatives and other strategic tasks including: Managing key strategic vendor relationships. Process development and improvement. Process, measure, track, and report on assigned projects.

This individual must demonstrate strong project management skills, such as a thorough understanding and focus of the value to be delivered, engagement, collaboration, communication and management of key stakeholders and partners in a matrixed environment. This individual will demonstrate the ability to plan effectively, monitor progress against goals, and exercise timely and appropriate escalation and mitigation of barriers. 

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience with demonstrated skills in project management, resource management, and capacity planning.

•Exceptional strategic planning & implementation skills. This individual must be comfortable connecting strategically and driving implementation at all levels of the organization.

•Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio, PPT and SharePoint are critical; demonstrated ability to produce crisp, professional documents imperative

•Must be detailed oriented, but able to pivot and communicate at a high-level to leadership teams.

•Experience in Stars and Risk Adjustment preferred.

•Strong analytical and administrative skills; formal Business Analysis experience preferred

•Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills

•Demonstrates leader courage and ability to challenge appropriately

•Ability to manage ambiguity

This role is Work from home (WFH) which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
