Our awesome Boutique cycle class “Rhythm” works your body and frees your mind! Bringing together rhythmic cycling, body and hand weight exercises and mood enhancing lighting and candles to unlock motions.

Rhythm is one of David Lloyd’s signature classes and in a 30, 45- or 60-minute class, our members experience inspiring play lists, riding to the beat to move and tone their body.

We are looking for awesome performers, dancers, athletes, and fitness gurus, instructors with energizing personalities, who have a real love for music and can take people on an amazing journey.

We offer bespoke in-house Rhythm training, so that you can teach this fantastic product and quarterly upskills to help you improve, boost and enhance your teaching techniques.
