The Role

We are look for someone to join our growing Revenue Operations team. This role will split time between automation projects, new integrations and implementations, and providing end user support for our SaaS applications or platforms; including troubleshooting, monitoring, and administration. They participate in the planning and documentation of policies and procedures to ensure system implementation, design, and maintenance consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and Fidelity requirements. Responsibilities include:

Configure, monitor, and maintain SaaS systems

Create and maintain documentation for applications, processes, and procedures

Perform incident management (troubleshooting) and develop response procedures to ensure they are addressed appropriately

Manage end user accounts, permissions, and access

Recommend, schedule, and perform system improvements, upgrades, and re-configurations

Transmit data between systems with automation

Assist in implementing new SaaS applications

Advise business on new and existing SaaS systems to reduce waste in cost or time management

Work closely with RevOps team to ensure the tech stack is full aligned with the needs of our stakeholders and enables them to be always efficient and savvy

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Rev Ops professional with 3+ years of experience

Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Microsoft BI, Microsoft Excel

Project management and communication skills including

Creating and maintaining documentation

Implementing new systems

Working cross-functional to support all stakeholders

Systems expert with deep understanding and experience with integrations and data management best practices

Problem-solver who can help identify and own projects that help automate manual work for stakeholders

Ability to present ideas and solutions in “user-friendly” language
