The Challenge
This senior leader for Adobe strategically builds and drives the territory’s sales pipeline by building and leading a skilled team of Enterprise Sales professionals who successfully deliver on their respective sales goals. This leader should be familiar with selling in the Digital Marketing, Advertising Technology, Television, and/or Experiential Transformation space. Knowledge of Analytics, Advertising Technology, Web Content & Digital Assets Management as well as Campaign Management and Email Marketing. He/she should be familiar with many of the CMO’s, CIO’s, Ad Sales Leadership, VP's of Marketing, and Directors of Marketing at many of the top Financial Services companies. We are looking for a self-starter capable of getting up to speed quickly, building teams, closing new business, focusing on value realization, and handling high-level relationships.
In this role, the Healthcare Sales Leader reports to and works closely with the VP of Strategic Accounts; and demonstrates success in working within a matrixed organization including Named Account Managers, Marketing staff, Service, and C-level staff to develop and implement specific strategic plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets throughout across the region - including new business acquisition and renewals with existing clients.
This position will carry a team quota and ideally be staffed from a home office. Preferable to fill role in the East Region.
