What will you be doing?
You will deliver excellent marketing communications to Vodafone customers driving commercial benefit, customer satisfaction and engagement. You will be specifically based within the Retention Campaigns team and focussed on delivering marketing excellence in our Proactive Campaigns and Digital Retention journeys.
You will sit amongst a squad of various skills allowing the rapid delivery of high-quality campaigns, with the objectives of reducing churn, driving enrichment, and driving digital, by delivering engaging, innovative, and relevant campaigns across various channels. This majority of this role will focus on Home Broadband Retention.
You will track and report on the impact of all marketing communications, making clear recommendations on how we can further increase brand appreciation and customer engagement, ensuring customer experience is at the heart of all marketing activity.
