The Retail Supply Manager is responsible for leading the team, developing its team members, and successfully driving the strategy and execution of non-inventory supplies for Apple Retail stores throughout the APAC and EMEA region. This person will lead a passionate team of procurement and logistics professionals who are driven to ensure the creation and implementation of supply chain processes and procedures that contribute to the Apple Retail experience!The manager will be part of a global organization working with individuals at all levels and across a broad cross-functional team. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact and influence all levels within the organization.

Key Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in operations or procurement
• Strong analytical skills
• Skilled negotiator with substantial contract negotiation experience
• Ablility to lead multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced and results driven environment
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment
• Demonstrated success supporting process and/or tool improvements to achieve team objectives
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Detail oriented

Manage teams that own commercial and contractual relationships with Retail Supply product and service providersReview RFP/RFQ activities that support projects and ongoing operations Drive operational efficiencies to support global program Lead a team that oversees the procurement and global distribution of products to support various Retail programsResolve resource allocation and responsibility alignment within the regional Retail Supply organizationDevelop supply kitting strategies for new store openings, relocations, and new country expansion Oversee strategic projects in collaboration with cross-functional partners Handle spend of Apple retail stores and cross-functional partnersDrive cost reductions with suppliers and conduct benchmarking activitiesDevelop cost estimates and forecastsDevelop and track key operational and financial metricsConduct performance and cost analysesReview periodic supplier for past performance and future engagements Internal Apple: Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, New Store Openings, Finance, other Retail and Corporate groupsExternal: 3PL suppliers, OEMs, customs brokers
