About you

Terri is looking for 2 new Senior Team Members to support her in the shop operations at our busy flag ship drive thru at Sandy Lane. A Senior Team Member is responsible for opening or closing the shop in the manager absence, supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service and executing Brand Standards all day everyday. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, have a passion for service and enjoy a fast paced working environment. 

For this 30 hour a week position, we need you to be available between 4.30am and 9pmover 5 days a week. Shifts are typically 6 hours long. A variety of shift patterns are available, which can be discussed at interview.

You’ll fit right into the Greggs as a Senior Team Member if you: 

• Have had some experience in a similar retail environment 

• Would like to take the next step towards a career in Retail Management 

• Are supporting of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good 

• A great team player - respectful and appreciative towards each other 

• Are friendly, honest and hard-working, and enjoy some fun at work 

For this role, some supervisory experience always comes in handy although it’s not essential as we will support you with great training.
