Joanne and her team are looking for a Senior Team Member to join them in this busy well established unit at Nelson Industrial Estate. The role involves supporting the Shop Manager overseeing a team of 12. Counting money, doing banking, stock control, making sandwiches, serving customers, cleaning, replenishing stock and various other jobs. If you are a hard working, fast paced individual then this is the shop for you. Full on the job training will be provided by Joanne and her team.
For this 20 hour a week position, there are various shift patterns on a 3 week rota. Working shifts are Monday to Saturday starting at 5am or finishing at 6:30pm and Sundays 6:30 start or 5pm finish. Weekends off on 3 week rotational basis.

Have had some experience in a similar retail environment
Would like to take the next step towards a career in Retail Management

For this role, some supervisory experience always comes in handy although it’s not essential as we will support you with great training.
