Responsibilities :
- Cashiering, stock count, and sales processing.
- Provide a high level of customer service to walk-in customers.
- Assist customers with their queries.
- Answer phone calls, and email inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and safe retail space.
- Assist in receiving, arranging, and replenishing stocks and displays.
- Work well with a team in ensuring a smooth retail operation.
- Handle simple administrative tasks.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills (English & Sinhala).
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Available to work retail hours.
