We take pride in merchandising the best products in the marketplace to the highest standards, partnering with our incredibly passionate store teams to provide our customers an outstanding experience.The EMEIA Retail Regulatory Compliance Program Manager is part of a new team responsible for the establishment of a worldwide process to ensure compliance and certifications requirements are validated for new and existing third party non-Apple branded accessories.
Be part of the new global team (AMR, APAC as well as EMEIA) that has the expertise, knowledge, and skillsets to ensure the correct level of compliance (Safety, Electro Magnetic Compatibility, Wireless, Environmental) is in place for third party accessories assorted by Apple Retail.Be the subject matter expert for all relevant markets within the EMEIA region, engaging with third party accessories vendors to inform about regulatory compliance expectations and ensure they take necessary measures to meet current and future regulatory requirements.Set up processes with external certification agencies and laboratories to assess or test current and future accessories against any relevant requirements where necessary, with follow up corrective actions if required.Engage with the Apple Product Compliance and Environmental teams on new regulations and their impact to the third party product portfolio.Communicate recommendations to internal cross-functional teams on compliance issues.Ensure internal regulatory compliance documentation, databases and processes are maintained and up to date.Track customer feedback on third party accessory products and coordinate product recalls when needed. Coordinate compliance requirements for Apple Retail Store instore marketing materials and signage where required.Contribute to the continuous improvement of WW processes and management systems. Role based on London (preferred) or Cork
BA/BS required (MBA preferred) or equivalent industry experience
