Running Marcom functional projects and creating timelinesMaintaining Project schedules and key milestones and ensuring that these are met by teams for a wide range of projectsPartnering with Brand Managers and Functional Producers to prioritise the work. Advises on process and ways of working to ensure project priorities are met and delivered.Frequent communication and negotiation with different partners i.e. Functional Producers, Creative Team and 3rd party vendors.Training Marcom team members on Apple Project management procedures, including project deliverables and assignment routing procedures. Handle quarterly budget and analyse data to identify incremental resource requirements.Lead small team of agency project managers.Proactively input on process and tool improvements. Optimise workflows.
