O2 UK operates c.450 stores which are split between company owned and franchise, and work within the Sales, Service & Retention directorate.
The UK Stores business is evolving it’s expertise as a retailer and our regional teams require dedicated support to effectively execute our trading objectives.
Our Regional Performance Leaders will align to our Regional Leaders to support them to understand their key objectives and support them in delivering their targets.
About the Role:
Responsible for delivering exceptional commercial performance across our c450 UK stores.
The role of the Regional Performance Leader is to identify performance opportunities and to ensure we meet our business objectives across each of the Stores within the region. The role is responsible for supporting the regional leader to deliver their trading strategy and to ensure all trading objectives are achieved
