Would you like to spend your day organising the design process for the outstanding Retail experiences the LEGO Brand are famous for?

Bring your organisational and people skills together with a passion for the LEGO brand to deliver incredible experiences to visitors in our retail Stores across the world!

Core Responsibilities :

• Working closely with the LEGO Retail Design and concepts teams for resource planning end to end.

• Setting up the tools and systems in support.

• Leading critical team members needs and briefing documents plus ensuring tasks are delivered in full and on time.

• Constantly assessing quality and looking for simplification and streamlining of processes.

• Acting as the lead and owner of the design briefing process, demanding close collaboration across Retail development functions.

This role will be a pivotal link between the retail design team and the key stakeholders briefing in tasks and projects. It will provide critical booking in and planning which will drive efficiencies in time and resource. It is a new role, born of the fast expansion and pace of store estate growth globally and the introduction of the New Retail Platform in 2021.

Do you have what it takes?

• 1-2 years of demonstrable organizational/project management experience OR Experience of a previous Agency type booking in/planner role.

• Ability to work on own initiative but also being a great teammate.

• Previous experience in an organizational role – Project management or people/team management.

• Balance between people skills/collaboration AND critical planning skills.

• The ability to manage upwards and laterally.

• The ability to multitask and lead multiple audiences and partners.
