Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Represent the Resourcing function in all new business activity for existing and new clients where there is any aspect of volume hiring required either transitioning from an incumbent supplier, or new roles requiring either permanent or temporary labour.
  • Act as a single point of contact within the Resourcing function for the prompt evaluation of hiring needs to ensure Resourcing can support the business in a timely and cost-effective way to create new teams or ramp up existing client account teams.
  • Manage and coordinate information from a range of bids at any one time and translate this into a clear demand plan.
  • Maintain clear and actionable plans relating to which bids have been successful and which have been “no bid” or discontinued to ensure the operational delivery teams have sufficient capacity and time to deliver the agreed requirements
  • Ensures strong collaboration is facilitated and actioned between all teams with Group Resourcing – Global Resourcing Operations, Divisional Operations; and Global Resourcing Delivery to ensure a high quality, candidate and hiring manager focused service
  • Manage and deliver multiple volume hiring bid projects to time, standard, and budget on behalf of Group Resourcing
  • Drive awareness of the importance of demand planning and creating clear, meaningful workforce and recruitment plans that allow hiring to be proactive and aid the development of diverse talent pipelines
  • Design and develop clear and well thought through plans that allow for agility in delivery and always think more broadly than a single project’s requirements / demands
  • Take part in multiple bid processes and work with al relevant stakeholders to ensure that Group Resourcing is represented positively

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven recruitment experience either from a volume hiring in-house recruitment environment or from experience gained in a RPO, MSP, temporary labour hiring setting
  • Demonstrable experience of relevant sales and bid process management
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience of building costing models and an understanding of basic financial modelling including cost to serve
  • A good working knowledge of relevant employment law, specifically TUPE
  • A working knowledge of HR best practices
  • Proven track record of developing effective relationships and managing expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate across a range of colleagues and disciplines to create and deliver simple solutions to complex problems
  • Demonstrate the ability to challenge, build credibility and work with integrity at all levels within the organisation to influence change
  • Comfortable with data and the ability to use this to drive insight that is valuable to business and People stakeholders
