Job Description

What will you be doing? 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Partner to join our UK Business & Corporate Functions team. In this role you will be delivering end to end recruitment for your business area delivering high quality candidates for active vacancies. 

 

  • Partner with your business area to understand the requirements of the role, create an effective recruitment strategy and drive diversity across all roles. 
  • Build strong relationships with the business & HRBP’s being a centre of excellence for recruitment/ resourcing. 
  • Provide a best in class candidate & stakeholder experience throughout the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process. 
  • Proactively approach and engage talent in the external market, with a focus on diversity and inclusion, particularly in niche roles.
  • Work in a high performing, collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on both technical and non-technical roles. 

 

 

Who are we looking for?  
 

  • Experience recruiting professional services capabilities, ideally having worked across multiple disciplines/ business areas. 
  • Proven 360 cycle recruitment experience, delivering effective recruitment campaigns and solutions to meet business needs within agreed budget, KPI’s and timescales.
  • Evidence of success in using direct recruitment methods, with strong social media sourcing expertise.
  • Prior experience of working in resourcing team within large corporate /matrix organisations.
  • Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach in a matrix environment
