Job Summary:

Delivers specific delegated Customer Service tasks assigned by a supervisor. Completes day-to-day Resource Planning tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitors and Tracks adherence of call center representatives’ real time.
• Coordinate staffing levels and PTO with unit leaders
• Make accurate adjustments to individual and team schedules as needed
• Utilize Intra-day forecasting to ensure Service Levels are met
• Schedule may vary based on needs of business (hours of Operation M-F 7am- 7pm CST)
• Coordinate and back up other areas as needed within the WFM team.
• Perform other resource planning tasks as directed by management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+yrs Experience in Workforce Management relating to Call Center activity required
• Ability to work individually and within a team

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
