We have a great opportunity for an experienced Resource Planner, who can produce detailed staff capacity plans using data from various sources and able to create models to support various scenario’s and complex information.

The ideal candidate should have a track-record & passion for data and interpretation, motivated by continuous improvement.

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and/or PowerQuery, DAX, Data Modelling
• Strong Problem Solving, analytical and communication skills
• Experience with forecasting and quantitative modelling and scenario analysis    
• Experience in Enterprise Planning for Field, Transactional Processing and Contact Centre    
• Experience of working with WFM tools 
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within and Resource Planning function
• Knowledge of planning for face to face assessments is desirable

This is a fixed term contract opportunity for an initial period of nine months. The position will be home based with some travel required
