Novecare also provide specialty solutions for certain industrial applications, agricultural, and coatings markets.Job Overview and Responsibilities Mission Role:Solvay Novecare Agricultural Specialties offer innovative, safer and eco-friendly solutions for the farming industry, ensuring higher agricultural yields combined with better resource management. As a member of the Nove care Agricultural Specialties R&I lab in Paulínia,  you will be in charge of managing and executing innovation projects addressing strategic Agro segments delivering formulation & technological solutions to meet market & customer needs .Main atributions:• Set up and manage innovation projects in collaboration with business and R&I teams based in Latin America but also be part of global projects managed by Europe, North America and Asia Pacific teams.• Ensure those projects deliver technological and formulation solutions in line with customers' specifications and timelines expected.• Design and Perform experiments in the Lab in compliance with Agro standards and propose new methodologies or application tests to address technical demands (hands-on skills)• Ensure that all Lab activities meet HSE policies and rules, as well as Quality policies. You will be accountable for complying with these policies and procedures and you should proactively continuously search for improving safety standards.• Train and mentor interns and temp researchers (INOVA program)• Provide technical support to customers (sampling, customer visits & trainings, call, conferences etc.)• Coordinate agronomical field trials to validate new products performed by consultants or research institutes• Interact, collaborate constantly with R&I teams in other regions, to facilitate innovation transfers across zones, and speed-up innovation delivery .Education and Experience• Bachelor degree of Chemistry, Chemical Engineer or related fields• Experience in laboratory is required• Surfactant or formulation development experience is preferred• Some experience in Seed treatment, Crop Protection or Biocontrol formulations is preferred Skills• Strong customer orientation, high reactivity and proactivity• Ability to communicate technical data and project updates to cross-functional teams• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage a pipeline of several projects, short-term & long-term• Collaborative team player• Advanced/Fluent English and PortugueseNice to have skills:• SpanishAdditional Information
