Your Tasks

• Development of new algorithms for audio signal coding and evaluation of hearing tests with cochlear implant users
• Developing test methods, writing study protocols, performing statistical data analysis, and writing study reports
• Preparation of relevant product specifications
• Collaboration with MED-EL subsidiaries and clinics worldwide
• Internal communication with other departments

Your Profile

• MSc degree or higher (University, FH) in electrical engineering, physics, medical engineering or comparable scientific or technical field of study
• Knowledge of auditory signal processing, psychophysics, and digital signal processing algorithms
• Programming experience, ideally in MATLAB and C++
• Experience in scientific research as well as excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, independent and goal-oriented way of working
