Applications are invited for Research Associate in DBT Project entitled: Establishment of Diagnostic Centre DBT-NIDAN-Kendra at Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi BT/ NIDAN/ 04/05/ 2018.

Essential qualifications

Candidates should have PhD in any branch of Life Sciences or have 3 years research & teaching experience after M.Sc. in life sciences

The candidate should have at least one year experience in running a cytogenetic and molecular genetic lab.

Desirable qualifications:

Candidates should have a good academic and publication record.

Age: up to 35 years

Salary: Rs 36,000 + 10,800 (30% of HRA) per month. No other allowances will be given.

The recruitment is temporary basis initially for one year or till the project lasts. However, termination if any may be carried out with one month notice from either side without assigning any reason. The incumbents will have no claim for regular appointments under ICMR or LHMC or for continuation of his/her services in any other project. Benefit of provident fund, HRA, CCA, Leave Travel Concession, Medical Claim etc. is not applicable. Age relaxation for SC, ST & OBC candidates as per Govt. Rules are permissible. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification. No TA/DA etc. will be given to attend the walk-in-interview.
