Research Analyst Partner

We’re looking for a Research Analyst / Partner to join our growing team where you will work closely with experienced colleagues on a range of exciting research projects utilising both internet and phone research methodologies. We are a small team that works collaboratively on multiple, concurrent projects for public and private sector clients of all sizes from a local council to a global media company and everything in between. Whilst no two projects are the same, our clients typically come to us for Competitor & Talent Pool Analysis, Salary & Reward Benchmarking, Location Analysis, Brand & Perception, Acquisition Analysis, Diversity & Inclusion Insight.

Specifically, the role will involve identifying and engaging with passive senior candidates to gain an understanding of them, their motivators and the market they operate in; this primary research is combined with secondary research to provide an informed and tailored solution for a diverse range of clients around the world.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with the delivery of client assignments, whether they are recruitment or market intelligence focused.
• Identifying potential passive candidates who may not be actively in the job marketplace and may not be visible through public domain information; this may be for a specific assignment or to build a talent pipeline of candidates for future recruitment needs.
• Delivering insight projects - identifying high performing and senior candidates, building a rapport with these individuals, and conducting a telephone screening call to gain insight and market intelligence.
• You will use a balance of phone and internet research methodologies to provide the solutions to client recruitment and market intelligence assignment briefs.
• Report writing to document all findings and assignment progress for the client.
• Creating Target Lists.

• An understanding and experience of implementing research methodologies.
• Experience within a client-focused role such as executive search, recruitment, business development or telephone-based research. Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively to senior management level
