Yum! Brands has a new opportunity for an Manager, Cyber Risk Assurance. This role will give a successful candidate the opportunity to influence our business at a global level. This highly visibility role will work with our three iconic Brands to drive our IT security strategy by developing and implementing best practices to measure security program capabilities and maturity and how security investments support the overall health of the business. The position will collaborate with various IT and Business functions as well as other key stakeholders to gain commitment and alignment to identify and mitigate risk. Notably, you will have the opportunity to learn our business from the ground up while working on cutting edge technologies.

Job Duties:

• Lead a robust metric and reporting program to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of IT security program, and ensure security services & operations achieve their objectives which include aligning with strategic planning, business strategy, delivering stakeholder value and providing assurance that information risks are being addressed

• Proactively use internal and external research, benchmark external and emerging risks, leverage peer benchmark comparisons to identify the best security metrics (KPI's/ KRI's) and dashboards for reporting the value IT security program and investments
• Responsible for creating and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting; performing data analytics, data mining, predictive analytics to identify gaps, trends and actionable recommendations as needed; manage tools that aggregate and analyze data on a regular basis and make adjustments when necessary

• Working with internal teams to integrate metrics to compliance requirements, internal security policies/standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with writing documentation, relevant operational standards, procedures and technical controls
• Manage operational metrics to measure risk, operational efficiency and gaps; report on control testing results, remediation plans necessary to mitigate operational risk exposure. Monitor and report changes in business processes and report on security process improvement efforts across Information technology (IT)
• Manage security services metrics to measure performance, compliance and customer satisfaction; ensure services meet or exceed defined targets; and identify and report opportunities to evolve practices to improve results
