Reman Product Manager

The AGCO Parts Division has an exciting opportunity for a Reman Product Manager for Remanufactured Parts to join its Global Reman Parts team in delivering extraordinary results at the Batavia Parts Distribution Center. The Batavia PDC is the master distribution center for North America operating around the clock to serve internal and external customers on a global scale. This is a role with growth potential and developmental opportunities. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our dealership network.

 

This candidate will execute project and activities in a global cross-functional team to meet corporate goals. This includes time committed to business development, product and service offerings (new product innovation), and process and tools.

  

What you will do:

 

• New offer identification and execution
• Reman application guide management
• Develop and deliver competitive advantage
• Dealer training/Sales Support
• Collateral Development
• Core return rate management
• Develop and maintain cross-reference matrix
• Maintain part data accuracy

 

What you will bring:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, agriculture economics, or a related field

• 3 years of business to business sales experience
• 1 – 3 years Product Management experience
• Previous project management experience

 

 

A plus if you have:

 

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Access, Excel, PowerPivot, and VLOOKUP’s
• Previous project management experience
• Experience with an Off Highway or Heavy Equipment manufacturer a plus but not required
• Experience working with industrial mechanical products a plus but not required
• Previous experience with agriculture/dealerships in the areas of sales, training, and technical support

 

Travel Requirements:

 

• The Product Manager will be required to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnights
