Salary: $20.00/hr + $0.60 shift differential 
Sign On Bonus: $1500

Principal Accountabilities:

•     Responsible for the entire packaging process.
•     Relieve Packaging Operators and Packaging Shift Lead when needed
•     Assists Lead by assures all machinery is functioning correctly, including inspection of all Quality Control focus areas, materials, products, and containers at each step of the packaging process.
•     Ensures the Packaging Line equipment and supplies are ready.
•     Ensures the hold area is being maintained appropriately.
•     Fills supplies as needed and complete paperwork.
•     Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations. 
•     Maintaining a safe and clean work environment. 
•     Other duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications:

•     Eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship 
•     Be 18 years or older 
•     Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
•     Basic use of a computer.
•     Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
•     Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) 
•     Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
•     Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment.
•     Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
•     At least 6 months of experience in production related work.

Preferred Qualifications:

•     Forklift experience.
•     High School diploma or Equivalent.
•     Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
•     Working knowledge of Inventory Systems 
•     Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
