Responsible for leading scrums teams across multiple LOB’s (i.e. Cigna Medical Group, ENDH and Alegis) in the use of PI planning agile methodology to delivery incremental value to our business team’s goals and objectives.  This dynamic candidate will work with business leaders, scrum masters, developers, business analyst and other key project team members.  Focused on managing and optimizing the value of the use of PI planning and driving continuous improvements using inspect and adapt reviews.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Establishes PI Planning readiness and facilitates the execution of PI Planning
• Summarizes complex technical topics through effective communication for all stakeholders and varying levels of the organization
• Encourages and facilitates team and program level integration and continuous use of best practices within the Agile methodology
• Helps to manage risks, issues and dependencies across multiple scrum teams
• Oversees and coordinates across all scrum teams in identifying an overall release schedule for delivery and deployment of critical business needs
• Supports and drives overall developed roadmaps supporting key business strategies
• Encourages collaboration between all critical delivery areas including Scrum Masters, Development, Architects and other critical team members

Required Experience / Qualifications:  

• 3+ years Scrum Master and 1+ years RTE experience including PI Planning and running multiple scrum teams using practices and principles of Agile/Scrum/SAFe
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and product management to understand requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs

Desired Experience / Qualifications: 

• Scrum Master certification required
• RTE certification preferred
• Experience with JIRA preferred
